5 miles south of Patterson Arkansas.
It joins the Cache River National Wildlife Refuge
and Arkansas Game and Fish land. It is just east of
the Cache River.
The land has four 12 ft pits with sliding tops.
Exclusive hunting rights of Duck,
Dove and Quail.
We also have a brick three bedroom home with large
yard available. This house is about two miles from
this lease.

Cotton Plant, AR.
